Will of John Grierson 1844-1922

  This is the last Will and Testament of me John Grierson Retired printer of 16 Wimble Street, Northcote in the State of Victoria Whereas I give bequeath and devise all my real and personal estate in Trust as my Executors to my Cousin, Walter Thomas, of The Poplars, Mernda, State Assessor, and my son John Burton Grierson of Elm Grove, Richmond to be dealt with as follows Viz my Family Bible to my son John Burton Grierson, my watch and chain to my son William Joseph Grierson, my piano to my daughter Florence Phoebe Mosely and my furniture and all in my house to my daughter Bertha Elizabeth Grierson and the Balance of my estate real and personal to be divided, share and share alike between my sons John Burton and William Joseph and my daughters Florence Phoebe and Bertha Elizabeth My bequests include my right, title, and interest to real and personal estate in England or elsewhere
Signed this Sixth day of May One Thousand nine hundred and twenty by me, as my last Will and Testament
