3.   James CHAPPLE
Bap 15 Nov 1612 at Colyton, Devon, James, son of John Chappell (ref FamilySearch P00185-1).

James was executed for murder in 1635, aged about 22. He was hanged at Exeter on 4 Jun 1635 for the murder of Alice Bragg. Two others were convicted of the same crime. Documentation is available on the internet.
