These two baptisms are curiously close together. No further information found.

Bap 27 Oct 1811 at Exeter St David, Ann, dau of Wm & Ann Chappel (ref fmp Devon Baptisms image)		  
4.   John Clark CHAPPLE
Born c1819 at Exeter, Devon (ref 1851 census). Definitely not Exeter St David as all these records have been searched.
