The most likely marriage for this William (if he survived) is the marriage on 23 Jan 1760 at Broad Clyst Devon to Ann NICKS. This tree is built upon that assumption. William was of the parish of Broad Clyst, Ann a Sojourner; Banns; witnesses Thomas Dunsford, George Perrey (ref fmp Devon Marriages image). She was born c1738 (ref her burial).

At the baptism of Agniss in 1776, William and Ann were living at Aylesbeare, near Farringdon and just out of Exeter.
