According to a reference on the web (from private source 2, 2017) the gravestone survives in Faringdon Churchyard with the following inscription:
“Sacred to the memory of Rachel the wife of Jonathan Tarrant who died Dec 26th 1820 age 67 years. Faithful and Just. Humble and sincere. Here lies a virtuous wife, a mother dear. Thro many a day of arduous duties tried. She lived most useful and resigned she died. This duterous tribute to her name with tears in justice to her worth, her children rears. SOME NOTES ON THE CRAPPER FAMILY
The following note is in regard to the birth of William Tarrant and Ann Evans' son Josiah. It includes information about Elizabeth and Miriam Crapper (now presumed to be William Tarrant's maternal aunts) and confirmation that Ann Evans was daughter of Joseph and Hannah Evans.

"Josiah the Son of William Tarrant of Oxford in the Parish of Saint Aldate in the City of Oxford and of Ann his wife, who was the daughter of Joseph and Hannah Evans was born at Oxford on the twenty ninth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen, at whose birth were present Elizabeth Crapper and Miriam Crapper both of Oxford and was also solemly baptized with water, in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, on the sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen at The Wesleyan Chapel Oxford by Edward B Lloyd. Registered this ninth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen by me Thomas Blanshard Registrar." (ref Ancestry, England & Wales, Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Registers, Wesleyan Metropolitan Registry, Paternoster Row)

In addition, on a parchment certificate in Wesleyan Methodist Metropolitan Registry, very similar words to those above appear, but this was probably the original document, as it includes the address "New Inn Lane, Oxford" for Elizabeth and Miriam Crapper.
