Birth of Thomas Beech 14 Oct 1779, bap 22 Oct 1779 at Wigston Magna, Leicestershire, son of Thomas & Mary Beech (ref fmp Leicestershire Baptisms).

He and his sister were the beneficiaries of his grandfather George Boulter's Will (written 1797) if he was still alive at 21 (1800).

Marriage 17 Dec 1801 at St James, Piccadilly, Westminster of Thomas Beech to Eliza BUSBEY; Licence; Thomas was of the parish of Bracknell, Berkshire; Eliza was of the parish of St James Piccadilly (ref fmp Westminster Marriages image).

He was in partnership with Mr Reeves of Bracknell in the County of Berks Surgeon (ref sister Eleanor's Will). Refer to her Will for details of his legacy and that of Eliza (presumably the Elizabeth listed in the Will).
 
2.   Eleanor BEECH
Birth of Eleanor Beech 19 Sep 1780, bap 3 Oct 1780 at Wigston Magna, Leicestershire, dau of Thomas & Mary Beech (ref fmp Leicestershire Baptisms).

She and her brother were the beneficiaries of her grandfather George Boulter's Will (written 1797) if she was still alive at 21 (1801)

WILL OF ELEANOR BEECH [signed 28 Nov 1812; died 14 Dec 1812; probate 5 Jun 1813]
"This is the last Will and Testament of me Eleanor Beech of Narborough in the County of Leicester Spinster. I give and devise my Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances situate on Fetter Lane London now held by the Representatives of [blank] Hartwell deceased under a Lease for thirty one years granted to him by my late Grand Mother unto my friend John Pratt of Narborough aforesaid Hosier and his Heirs during the natual life of my Sister in Law Elizabeth the Wife of my Brother Thomas Beech In Trust to receive and take the Rents and Profits of the said Messuage or Tenement and pay the same from time to time as received unto such Person or Persons for such purposes and in such manner as she my said Sister in Law from time to time notwithstanding her present or any future Coverture and whether covert or sole shall direct or appoint And when and as no such Direction or Appointment shall be made or in force Then to pay the same into the proper hands of my said Sister in Law or permit and authorize her to receive the same for her sole and separate use Hereby declaring that her receipt alone notwithstanding her Coverture shall be a sufficient discharge for the same. I give and bequeath to my son William Holyoak the sum of Ten pounds to be paid to him within one month after my decease and all the residue and remainder of my personal estate of every nature and kind I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Holyoak who now lives with me to and for her own use and disposal she paying thereout my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and I hereby appoint her my said Daughter sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke all others by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of October one thousand eight hundred and ten. The Mark of Ann Holyoak."
