Ann left an extremely long Will itemising which of her household contents would go to each child or grandchild (ref fmp). People listed are her daughters Sarah Sharp, wife of William Sharp; Mary Day, wife of John Day; Eleanor Measures, wife of Thomas Measures; Louisa Hassall, wife of Joseph Hassall, her grandaughter Louisa Ann Day, her grandsons Thomas Wilson Tebbs, son of her deceased daughter Ann Tebbs, and Joseph Willson, son of her deceased son Thomas Willson. The Will was dated 24 Dec 1862. The first codicil dated 1 Oct 1864 noted that William Sharp (an Executor) and Mary Day had both died, so James Sharp (son of William Sharp) was appointed Executor. The second codicil revoked the appointment of James Hassall and replaced him by James Levesley (dated 29 May 1867).
Ann died on 7 Jun 1867 at Great Wigston and her Executors proved the Will at Leicester on 29 Oct 1867. It would have been very difficult to separate the different household items out for each person, for example counting out the silver spoons
